Private Boxing Trainer in Palo Alto
One on one boxing training in a private Palo Alto studio with Dante Kirkman: undefeated pro boxer, Stanford graduate and USA Boxing Olympic Trialist. 16 years of elite experience, now available to you. No sparring, no contact, no experience needed.
What training in Palo Alto looks like
Sessions happen in a private, fully equipped boxing studio in Palo Alto. Heavy bag, mitts, resistance bands, assault bike, stair climber and Normatec recovery, with free parking and nobody else on the floor. It is you and Dante, every round, for 30, 60 or 90 minutes. The exact address is shared when you book.
Most of Dante's Palo Alto clients had never thrown a punch before their first session. The first hour is stance, footwork and the fundamentals, and you will be hitting mitts before it ends. From there every session is built around your goal: boxing shape conditioning, real punching technique, confidence, or simply the best workout of your week.
Who trains here
- Beginner adults who want a fighter's workout without getting hit.
- Busy professionals in Palo Alto, Menlo Park and Los Altos who want one on one coaching that fits their schedule.
- Stanford students and staff, with a student rate on a valid Stanford ID.
- Kids and teens (10 and up), with no contact and parents welcome to watch. See youth boxing training.
- People living with Parkinson's, through a dedicated Parkinson's program.
Why a private trainer instead of a boxing class
In a class, one coach watches fifteen people. Poor technique goes uncorrected for months, bad habits set in, and nobody has their hands on your hands. In the Palo Alto studio it is one on one from the first session, with someone who has done this at the Olympic Trials level correcting you every round and teaching the real fundamentals and the thinking behind them.
Rates and how to start
Most clients begin with a 60 minute Intro Session for $99, with everything provided and the $99 credited toward any package bought within 7 days. After that, single sessions start at $90 for 30 minutes and $180 for 60 minutes, with 5, 10 and 20 session packages that save up to 20%. Youth, partner and Stanford student rates are available. See all rates.
Tap Book an Intro, answer four quick questions, and Dante texts you back personally to set up a free intro call or your first session.
