Online Boxing Coaching
Live, one on one boxing coaching over video with Dante Kirkman: undefeated pro boxer, Stanford graduate and USA Boxing Olympic Trialist. 16 years of elite experience, from anywhere with a phone and a little floor space.
How online coaching works
Online sessions are live, not recorded. You and Dante on a video call for 30, 45 or 60 minutes, with Dante watching your stance, your feet and your hands and correcting them in real time. It works with a heavy bag, with mitts and a partner holding them, or with no equipment at all: shadow boxing, footwork, defense and conditioning need nothing but space.
Online is the right fit if you are not near Palo Alto or Belmont, if you travel for work, if you already have a bag at home and want real coaching on it, or if you follow Dante and want to train with him from wherever you are. Many online clients mix it in with studio sessions when they are in the Bay Area.
What you get out of it
- Technique. The real fundamentals and the physics behind power punching, taught by someone who has done it at the highest level.
- Boxing shape. Fight camp conditioning that carries over to any sport.
- A plan. Homework between sessions and notes in your client portal so every call builds on the last.
- Accountability. A standing time on the calendar with a coach who expects you to show up.
Rates and how to start
Online sessions are $75 for 30 minutes, $105 for 45 and $135 for 60, with 5, 10 and 20 session packages that save up to 20%. Youth and partner rates are available. See all rates.
