SOMEONE WHO HAS ACTUALLY DONE IT.

Train with someone who has done it at the highest level, and who can break down the real fundamentals and the thinking behind them.

What a boxing class can’t give you

In a class, one coach watches fifteen people. Poor technique goes uncorrected for months, bad habits set in, and nobody has their hands on your hands. Here it’s one on one, every round, from the first session.

WHAT YOU’LL BUILD.

Boxing Shape

There’s no shape like boxing shape.

Stamina that carries over to any sport, built with the methods of a real training camp: mitts, shadow boxing, strength work, agility and more.

Explosive Power & Technique

Learn the physics behind power punching.

Full body coordination and explosion through proper technique, with stronger legs, core and upper body to back it up.

Fighter’s Mindset

Focus that holds up under pressure.

Dante’s mindset was forged in two demanding worlds at once: training at an elite level while carrying a full academic load through Palo Alto schools and Stanford. That pressure taught him how to protect his focus, manage his energy, and perform when everything is asking for all of him at the same time.

Fuel & Recovery

Half of boxing happens outside the gym.

From how you fuel your body to the recovery habits that let you train hard again tomorrow, you’ll learn what a fighter does between sessions.

DANTE KIRKMAN.

Dante Kirkman started boxing at 10, copying his father. He competed at the 2024 USA Boxing Olympic Trials, then became the first Stanford undergraduate to turn pro and retired undefeated at 7-0 with 3 knockouts. He walked away from competition on purpose and kept everything boxing taught him about conditioning, focus and pressure. Now he teaches it, one person at a time.
